Detroit Tigers vs Minnesota Twins

Despite not having a great record, the Tigers have been playing better baseball as of late as they’ve won 5 of their last 7 games, and we’re hoping that form continues here. Based on talent, the Twins are the better team, but things are just not clicking as it should for them.

Tarik Skubal is the better pitcher than JA Happ. I look for him to limit the damage against the Twins and for the Tigers to hit around Happ. Happ is 4-4 for the year with a 6.09 ERA. The left-hander was not great in his last outing, allowing 5 runs and 9 hits in just 4.1 innings in a 7-4 loss to the Royals.

This one should be close, but we see value in siding with the Tigers.
