Rugby Union: Lions Tour

The British & Irish Lions dominated in their 56-14 victory over Sigma Lions on Saturday. The Cell C Sharks should put up more of a fight after a middling display in the recent Pro14 Rainbow Cup SA where they finished with double the points of Sigma Lions but this should still be a fairly one-sided contest.

The Sharks Currie Cup campaign started with a 36-10 bonus point win away to Griquas in Kimberley and last week they went down 32-31 away to Western Province. They remain away from their Durban home and there is just the one change to the starting line up that took on WP in the Currie Cup with Phepsi Buthelezi returning place of Mpilo Gumede and he will also captain the side.

Head coach Warren Gatland has chosen a very decent starting Lions side who should be able to cover -24 tonight.
