Soccer -Euro 2020
England host Scotland at Wembley Stadium for round 2 of the Euros.
England beat Croatia in Round 1 with a lone goal from Raheem Sterling. England looks composed and with the quality of their squad they should go far in his year’s tournament. They have won their last 7 games, six of which was to nil. At home they’ve won 17 of their last 20 (L3). They’ve scored a total of 17 goals in their last 7 games for an average of 2.42 per game.
Scotland lost to Czech Republic in their first round match in a game that they were favourites to win and dominated most of the game. They were unable to convert their chances and they conceded 2 easy goals. They have now won only 2 of their last 8 games (D3, L3).
England is unbeaten against Scotland since a 2-0 home win to Scotland in 1999. England should dominate this game and they should get some good chances. That being said, the 3 Lions struggle to put teams away, so we’re backing a tight game here with U/2.5 goals.
