Chicago Cubs vs  Arizona Daimondbacks

Game 2 of the series will be played at Wrigley Field, where the Cubs beat Arizona 8-3 on Friday.

The Diamondbacks are playing well however it’s tough to justify them considering just how bad they have been on the road. They have only won 11 of their 50 road games this season including the ugly 8-3 defeat in Friday’s series opener. Moreover, Arizona’s starter Merrill Kelly is a completely different pitcher on the road where he owns a poor 5.33 ERA on the season.

Furthermore, the Cubs won two of three in Arizona earlier this week, outscoring the Daimondbacks by a 13-9 margin. Cubs’ starter Alec Mills is outstanding at Wrigley Field where he is sporting a 4-0 record accompanied by a stellar 2.86 ERA.
