Spain  vs  Sweden

Spain welcome Sweden to the Estadio de La Cartuja tonight when they open their EURO 2020 campaign.

After a dominating qualification campaign that saw them win eight of ten matches without defeat, three-time European Champions Spain look a strong outfit. Sweden finished behind Spain in their qualification group, but only lost once over the course of their ten games and head into EURO 2020 on the back of five successive victories.

Spain did however have a massive COVID scare and we’re not sure how that might have had an impact on the squad and their preparation for this game. So we’re expecting them to be a bit slower off the mark.
