New York Giants  vs    Denver Broncos

The Broncos will make a long trip to New York for the season opener. Vic Fangio is on the hot seat in Denver following another disappointing campaign in 2020. Meanwhile, New York enters the season with high expectations in head coach Joe Judge’s second season on the sidelines.

The Broncos come into Week 1 favored by three points despite leaning on Teddy Bridgewater as their starting quarterback to open the 2021 season.

New York has started 0-2 or worse in seven of the last eight seasons but things could be a little different this year. While the Giants have a lot of players on the injury report heading into Week 1 but head coach Joe Judge already expressed some optimism about their ability to play in the regular-season opener. With a revamped offense and Barkley in the backfield, Jones should look like a more competent quarterback under center this season and New York had one of the league’s most underrated defenses in 2020.
